【TRAINING DESCRIPTION】

  1. Train corporate employees to effectively and correctly utilize the five core tools, assisting management in implementing and improving the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system to achieve organizational goals.
  2. Learn how to use the five core tools of the automotive quality management system, applying a process-oriented approach to product development and production, fulfilling customer expectations, and developing the ability to adapt to changes.
