Our process
Regardless of which certification you choose, you will generally go through the following process.
The consultant has a comprehensive understanding of the company's current situation, as well as relevant internal and external issues, strategies, and policies, through interviews with senior executives.
In addition to providing customized analysis and practical, systematic approaches to regulations and standards for enterprises, our consultants will also tailor their services to the specific circumstances, corporate culture, and needs of each company.
Training on system clauses, qualification training for internal auditors, and the establishment of relevant core tools, as well as the establishment of system tools or knowledge training that meet the needs of the enterprise.
The established policies, identified risks and related measures, will be implemented according to the plan, and comprehensive awareness training and guidance on the establishment of relevant system documents will be carried out for the enterprise.
Pre-audit and review by internal corporate audit team and closure of any deficiencies can reduce the risks and problems associated with formal audits.
Formal review and verification by internationally recognized certification bodies, as well as guidance on closing out any non-compliance issues.
