These three mixed gray areas can be called power. The higher the power, the better your project can be executed.
Therefore, when you are not the boss and your irreplaceability is very low, the strengthening point you can use to execute your project is your influence.
▍Influence is not about posturing, but about making people follow your ideas and methods when the other party is convinced.
Therefore, cultivating influence, proposing value and proposing ideals is the process of cultivating influence, and this value, ideal, we can call it mission vision.
▍Mission vision is not a lofty slogan, but an action that resonates with people and can be remembered and carried out. Each project should also have a mission vision so that you can increase your influence in project leadership and execution.
