Course Description

  2. Strategic presentation skills - communication skills, presentation skills.

  4. Attitudinal Competence - Skills for career advancement, Cohesive Leadership Skills (Situational Awareness) Race strategies, good job reporting, and building up your trust reserves.
  5. Influence - Influencing People with Influence (Influencing people and organisations to take action) How to use lateral leadership to influence people without real power.
